Mike lived and worked in a "Nuts and bolts" world of print, television, and film when the curtain finally dropped on the analog era. After earning the Master of Library and Information Science degree (MLIS) at the University of Washington's Information School (where he started InfoSpeak back in 2005) Mike felt very fortunate to begin a new and better life as an academic reference librarian.
