Is Sex Every Day Healthy or Not?

I usually stay with my girls a couple of weeks or months, until the initial passion and affection is gone (still hope some day it will last). They do sleep over and I love to spend a lot of time with my current flame and we do a lot together, and also sex every day though not as crazy as others with 5 times a day.

But I noticed when I am not seeing a girl one day, and not watching porn either that day, I somehow feel more energized the next day…

Is there some disadvantages from your body’s constant sperm production if you have sex daily? Your production does not really change whether or not you loose some sperm or not. At some point, sperm becomes “recycled” or you get discharges at night. What does change is your hormonal profile, which might mellow you down a bit, be more chilled out, if you constantly have sex.

My own estimation on average is that I have had sex 1-5 times a day since I was 12… Just saying…

I do take a few days out in between… And I actually feel right away that even after a single day it takes me a few days to get back into the mood …and I feel very demotivated and low energy those days…

Can be totally placebo or something else… But my main thesis would be ‘use it or lose’ it.
If it plays a part in keeping my hormones healthy, or if it’s the other way around is hard to say, but my hormone profile (5years since I had it measured though) was very good..

As for the fluids them self, they contain very little energy and protein … And take very little demands for the body to produce … Just make sure you get enough zinc… (I think the ancient myth of why ejaculation is an energy monster is mostly due to zinc deficiency)…

The best thing I just to do what you feel like IMO… Stay far away from all the no-sex movements (no fapping / porn addiction / sex addiction) and so on … In my mind that’s framing something that is normal and healthy in a sickening way, in order to create cults – and gain control over people! Is it possible to have sex and compete on the same day and achieve a gold medal performance on both?

Depends. Now if you tell the athlete if he fucks, he will have worse performance and that guy believes it, he will probably fuck it up.

From the point of physiology, sex and especially orgasms, make you a bit more chilled out, more mellow. That is good for some people but bad for others. If you need that ultimate aggression and it shouldn’t be clouded, well then it would be bad.

But apart from that, nah. I mean, look at the goddamn Olympics, the Olympics are one of the biggest orgies every year. Just read up the sheer amount of condoms that the Olympic village goes through every four years

When I started training elite athletes we did the raging bulls routine on them (think Muhammad Ali style) … and at Team Denmark it was directly forbidden (we actually used UV lights to make them know we checked up on them – and they where told they would be kicked off the teams if they have sex 48 hours before training) … Those that did, probably had the mental effect Shao mentions…

But for many, many years, the Olympic athletes from Denmark typically have been having sex with their wife’s the night before …

As for the mental part Shao is right, – but with the right guidance, it actually usually increase their performance (probably makes them sleep better also) … Even in boxing and strength lifting there might actually be a very small (read almost insignificant) advantage to having sex the night before: it does not make them less aggressive the day after … but it often makes them sleep better …

At Team Denmark sex is only forbidden 2 hours before world championships and Olympic competitions, because that does exactly what Shao writes there…

I have spoken to several top coaches in Russia, and they have told me that in Russia sex even early in the morning and very often for months up to world championships is normal … (they used to use prostitutes for the single athletes and so on) … the idea is that a few hours after sex testosterone actually peaks…

There has especially been written allot about Sochi Olympics ice hockey players from Russia…

There are beneficial effects to your testosterone levels after sex.

“For example: In a study of 44 men visiting a sex club, it was noted that the men who actually had sex in the club with a woman, noted a nice 72% average increase in their testosterone levels, while the men who only watched the act, got a boost of 11%. In another study, it was seen that on couples, testosterone levels increase on the nights that they have sexual intercourse, but not on the nights that they don’t. One study also saw that older men who have more sex, have higher T levels. What causes this if ejaculations don’t? It could be the interpersonal touch, the female pheromones, the feelings of dominance, power, and even success…”

Well, think about it. You put people from hundreds of countries together. All of them are highly trained and have attractive bodies. Most of them are young, considering they are Olympians.
And they all live in the same, crowded place, have similar interests, are all highly driven.

The Olympics have tended to give out around 150.000 condoms to athletes and entourage every time, this time, they went for 450.000 considering the Zika virus crisis.

Boning is one of the stereotypical Olympic things to do, it appears.
