Vegan Strongman Diet

Can a guy get strong eating once a day, sure, can he get strong on a vegan diet … well maybe ..

But why does certain people always makes these types of connections:

Take Geo Olsen …

Now just to tell hos strong Geo was, Badenhorst showed off at the world’s strongest man in South Africa in 1994 by lifting 440 kg in partial deadlift (rather low position). The day after George went down to the same rack and pulled 500 kg from the same position….

This is RAW the lift you show there is with a shirt!

Now I can tell you for a fact, that Geo ate 30 eggs 3 kg of meat, an entire white bread and huge amounts of cake (that’s right) … and you know what, the same was the case for Flemming Guffi Rasmusen .. and all the strongmen I knew at the time basically … they would eat a ton of unhealthy shit, just to get enough kcals down, and they would drown themself in animal protein …

I also happens to know that one of the top 5 bodybuilders likes to wear female panties (yeah for real) …

So if someone has to look at these guy’s the way you do here … he would write: “cake strongman diet” or “strongman panties” ? …. Now why do you think that would be a fatal idea to approach he topic? …

Figure that out, and you will see how your question is kind of off, when it comes to the guy you talk about also …

From his marketing this guys is a quack salesmen:

“The originator of AIAA—the founder of the Ascetic Order of Amenta— and the Amen Protocol and its therapeutic offshoot, the Amen Anti-Addiction Intervention (AAI).”

Sentences like that should make you run away! Even if he do a living of teaching physics to kids at a normal elementary school…

NOW surely he can have some great ideas, insights and knowledge… and perhaps you can learn allot from him …. that’s not at all what I’m saying …

A lot of other factors can contribute besides his diet in obtaining good stats. Diet isn’t as impactful for stats as getting enough calories, having the proper training and genetics that involves obtaining good strength stats.

For health and longevity, the quality of foods matters a whole lot more.

Vegans need to do a shit tone of supplementation and carefully configure their meals for maximizing micro nutrient sufficiency….figuring out the correct RDA for micronutrients is only theoretical you can be sure you won’t get as much as you need from the vegetables that are grown today…unless you have a priority to focus on growing specifically for enough nutrients in your plants so you won’t have to invest so much in supplements can you live on a vegan diet? Yes…is it optimal? NO! is paleo optimal?…not unless you set up your meal for optimal levels of micronutrients…can you do that from the foods we have today and not supplement? If you grow your own foods and animals and grow them specifically for nutrient density then probably YES…if not you still have to supplement and regularly check for micro nutrient deficiencies on your labs and there’s also the problem with people being too sick and having autoimmune reactions to some foods, having digestive issues so even if you have the best possible foods you won’t properly absorb your nutrients…we’re not anymore in the paradigm of what diet’s best, we’re in the paradigm of how well can you absorb your foods, what foods can’t you tolerate that well and how much nutrients your foods actually have the vegan/vegetarian and paleo nonsense needs to stop, we’re at the stage of bioindividualised nutrition plans for your body particularities and methylation fixing strategies.
